Ten Step Process
Step 1 Payment is made so studio time can be secured.
Step 2 We send you a VIQ (Video Information Questionnaire) info about your organization.
Step 3 You send us the completed VIQ and the first script draft.
Step 4 Our team of script writing experts use the Golden Formula and collaborate with you
in making a great script. You have the final say on all items. You approve the final script.
Step 5 You call our "Talk To The Actor Hotline." You choose your actor, words to emphasize,
gestures and when gestures are to be made, wardrobe, and general demeanor.
Step 6 We submit the Final Approved Script and the "Talk To The Actor Hotline" instruction
file to our production department. Our actor and director review the script and instructions
and the actor practices and prepares for filming.
Step 7 In our movie studios we film the production in High Definition using a Teleprompter.
Step 8 Post Production - the video is cleaned up, the audio is scrubbed, the video is encoded and placed into
your control panel. The video is also placed onto mirrored servers in North America and Europe for
faster delivery. We are one of a few select organizations to have globally mirrored servers.
Step 9 We create a video object for you, we send you your password with instructions on how to enter the
control panel and view your new video. We also send you instructions on how to put the video on your
website.
Step 10 We assist you with the placement of the video. We assist you with any special control capabilities that
you may need such as link activiation, click on me our mouse over activiation. We provide you access to
important statistical information so you can see how your video is performing in real time. (PlayMetrics)
We help you highlight your most important messages during the presentation so your viewer's eyes
will be drawn to see your most important messages.

Yes, things are good and my sales are growing steadily. I am getting
bogged down with normal business stuff these days like moving to bigger premises and employing extra staff so I have not tested but I know that Ben still gives a huge boost to sales.

41 to 80 words is classified as a 30 second production.

81 to 120 words is classified as a 45 second production.

121 to 160 words is classified as a 60 second production.
