As great as we are in making scripts, we often lack the knowledge of your organization and the message that you wish to communicate. Together, with your knowledge and our script creating expertise we can produce a great script.

We ask you to produce the first script, keeping in mind that each 80 words are approximately 30 seconds in length. We also ask you to complete a (VIPS) Video Information Presentation Script questionnaire about your organization and your message.

In addition we want to talk in person or by phone with you about your organization and what you would like to do with the video. If possible a tour by our local representative can help in the creation of a more powerful script. You never know what our experts will see that can be beneficial to you. It may be something you just take for granted.

Once we have a good understanding of your organization and your goals, we start creating and editing scripts incorporating your primary message with other important messages and company tag lines. There can be as many as twelve drafts before we come to a final script. Once we have a final script, we ask you to sign off on it and then the video is made. At all times you have the final say as to what is acceptable and what is not acceptable in the script.

Note the hook at the end to stir up the viewers curiosity “And it cost a lot less than you think.” Now the viewer is asking, “How much does it cost?” In most cases a viewer will click through to find out.

Let the viewer know how your product or service will benefit them. It is really important to spell it out.

REQUEST AN ACTION ON VIEWER'S PART
Ask yourself - what you want your viewer to do?

BE PERSUASIVE
You want your script to be friendly and convincing. Using certain key phrases can cut through viewer resistance like a hot knife through butter. Some examples of this are: Everything Must Go! Or You'll never get a chance like this again! Last boat ride of the day! – You may not want to take a boat ride, but you don't want to miss out on the last boat ride of the day! The correct positioning of important sales resistance killer phrases really enhances the effectiveness of the presentation. They can give a presentation magic results.

KEEP THE MAIN MESSAGE CLEAR
In 30 or 60 seconds you don't have much time to get a lot of messages across. Next time you drive down an interstate look at the billboards. The professional advertising agencies know that your message has to be 5 words or less for the message to get across to the automobile passengers. More than five words and they drive by too fast and miss the entire message, because there was too much message. The same applies to viewers on the Internet. Short clear messages get through and connect with viewers.
