THE MESSAGE
You want to grab and hold the prospects attention so that you have a chance to get your message across. Homepage videos should be less than 45 seconds and should not get into too much detail. A simple greeting and focus on your main message is most effective. A teaser or hook also works very well. The message should increase the prospects curiosity so that they will stay at and look at your website instead of clicking right by.

Product information pages can have videos that are a little longer. Research and testing has shown that it is best to keep the messages focused and under 90 seconds.

SCRIPT
You know your business better than anyone. You create and send us a draft script. Then we edit it and send it back to you with suggested changes. We both work on the script and make changes back and forth until the script is just right. Once you sign off on the finished script we forward it to the studio and the actor to allow them to prepare.

You choose the actor/actress
You choose any nonverbal actions that you want made during the presentation.
You choose the wardrobe within reason.
You choose the size of the image to be displayed on your website.

STUDIO RECORDING
Our videos are made in a professional recording studio using the latest in state of the art digital video recording equipment. The professionally trained actors and actresses use a teleprompter while under high intensity lighting. The production is done to exacting specifications to ensure the highest quality. After recording our processing team performs editing as required. Video is typically live within seven days of the recording session.

ENCODING
Once the shoot is finished and edited the footage must be changed so that it can be sent at super high speed over the Internet. After encoding the file is placed onto high-speed servers with special software that ensure quick, reliable delivery as requested.

YOU INSTALL CODE
Then we provide you with a little bit of code, that you insert in your html pages where you want the video to appear. This minimizes the impact on your website and does not pose a security risk. Presentations will now appear anywhere on your website that you want. You have control over when, where and how the presentations play.
